Find Your Model Number

Your model number tells us exactly which parts, manuals and conversion kits fit your appliance. Have it ready when you shop for parts or contact us.

Ranges & Cooktops

  • Open the oven door and look along the frame around the opening for a silver rating label.
  • If it isn't there, check behind the kick panel / storage drawer at the bottom front of the range.
  • On rangetops and cooktops, look on the underside of the unit or on the front edge below the knobs.

Range Hoods

  • Remove the baffle filters and look on the inside wall of the hood canopy.

Grills

  • Look under the control panel, on the back of the grill body, or inside the cart door.

Pizza Ovens

  • Check the label on the underside or back of the oven.

What it looks like

NXR model numbers start with the series letters (such as SC, DRGB, AK or PRO) followed by the width in inches, for example SC3611 or DRGB4801. The serial number is on the same label.

Once you have it, browse Manuals & Warranty or shop Conversion Kits & Orifices. Still stuck? Contact us with a photo of the label and we'll help.
